License Agreement

1. License Grant

Upon successful purchase and payment, Md Iliyas Molla (BlogSundari) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital products according to the terms specified in this agreement.

2. License Types

BlogSundari offers the following license types:

3. Detailed Usage Rights by Product Type

3.1 PSD Files & Design Templates

Allowed:

• Use in client projects and deliverables
• Modify layers, colors, text, and design elements
• Export to other formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.)
• Use in print or digital media
• Incorporate into websites, apps, presentations

Not Allowed:

• Resell the PSD file itself
• Include PSD in template bundles for sale
• Share source files with clients (only final exports)
• Create similar products for resale

3.2 Bengali Fonts

Allowed:

• Install on up to 5 devices for personal use
• Use in commercial projects (logos, branding, etc.)
• Embed in PDFs and documents
• Use in web projects with proper webfont licensing
• Create designs and artworks

Not Allowed:

• Redistribute or sell the font files
• Share with team members (each needs own license)
• Modify the font software itself
• Extract and use individual glyphs for resale
• Include in font bundles or collections

3.3 Stock Images & Photography

Allowed:

• Use in websites, social media, marketing materials
• Edit, crop, retouch, and apply filters
• Use in print and digital publications
• Combine with other graphics and text
• Use in client projects

Not Allowed:

• Resell as stock photos
• Use in adult, defamatory, or illegal content
• Create competing stock image collections
• Sell prints without significant modification
• Use as NFTs or blockchain assets (without permission)

5. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

5.1 Strictly Prohibited

You may NEVER:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original source files
• Share your download links with others
• Upload files to torrent sites or file-sharing platforms
• Claim ownership or authorship of the products
• Remove or modify copyright notices or watermarks
• Use in trademark or logo registration (fonts)
• Reverse engineer or decompile font software
• Use in illegal, defamatory, or adult content

5.2 Attribution

Attribution is NOT required but appreciated. If you wish to credit:

"Design assets from BlogSundari (blogsundari.alordesha.com)"

6. Ownership and Copyright

You acknowledge that:

• BlogSundari retains all ownership rights
• Copyright remains with the original creator
• You own the final works you create, but not the source files
• This is a license agreement, not a sale of intellectual property

7. License Transfer and Sharing

7.1 Non-Transferable

This license is personal to you and cannot be:

• Transferred to another person or entity
• Shared with team members (each needs own license)
• Sold or gifted to others

7.2 Freelancers and Agencies

If you're a freelancer or agency:

• You can use products for client projects
• Deliver only final outputs to clients (not source files)
• Clients do NOT receive license rights
• For client ownership, client must purchase their own license

8. License Duration

However, the license may be terminated if you:

• Violate any terms of this agreement
• Use products in prohibited ways
• Receive a refund for the product
• Engage in fraudulent activity

9. Updates and Revisions

Regarding product updates:

• You receive free updates to purchased products (if available)
• Check your account for updated versions
• Updates are subject to same license terms
• We're not obligated to provide updates

10. Multiple Licenses

If you need to use products beyond Standard License scope:

• Team Use: Each team member needs individual license
• Multiple Devices: Contact for multi-device licensing
• Resale Templates: Purchase Extended License
• White Label: Contact for custom licensing

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "AS IS" without warranty:

• We don't guarantee products are error-free
• We're not liable for issues in your projects
• You're responsible for testing before use
• Backup your work regularly

12. Liability Limitations

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price you paid. We're not liable for:

• Loss of profits or business
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party claims

13. License Enforcement

We actively protect our intellectual property:

• Digital watermarking and fingerprinting
• Regular monitoring of unauthorized use
• DMCA takedown notices for violations
• Legal action for serious infringement

14. Governing Law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of West Bengal, India.
